Free standard shipping on all orders over $50! All orders under $50 will incur a flat rate shipping cost with Australian Post.
Standard Shipping | $10.95 | 3-6 Days
Express Shipping | $14.45 | 1-3 Days
( Please note some oils cannot be expressed shipped due to safety legislation, refer to product page).
Customers based in Hobart, Tasmania will receive free local delivery. (Enter address at checkout to see if your address is eligible for free delivery.)
Unclaimed/Returned/Lost Parcels
If you fail to collect your item from the post office it will be returned to us. If you would like this re-shipped to you, we will charge you a shipping fee of $10 to do so.
Incorrect Address: If you enter the wrong address on your parcel and it is returned to us, you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee for us to resend this.
Any unclaimed/returned parcels that you would prefer to have refunded instead of shipped again will have an $5 refund/admin fee applied.
Lost Parcels: If your shipment has been lost in transit, please submit your query below "shipping and returns form" or email us directly. We will lodge your query with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel. Please note it can take up to 4 working days to receive a response. If your parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.
